Shipping & after sales service policy
Each product is handmade to order. The processing time of your order is approx. 2 business days and your parcel will be sent via Canada Post.
We offer Free Standard Shipping via Canada Post for all orders shipped within Canada and a reduced shipping rate to the USA
- Canadian orders are shipped via regular Canada Post Lettermail (without tracking) or Expedited Shipping (with tracking), according to your preference. Note that if you choose the Lettermail option and your order is large, it will be shipped in several packages
- U.S Orders are shipped via Canada Post's Small Packet Service Air (without tracking) or Tracket Packet Service (with tracking), according to your preference

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It's easy ! You can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. All item must be complete, in their original packaging and include a copy of your sales order. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Please use a trackable shipping method of your choice (return shipping is non-refundable). We will process refunds with the same payment method and send you an email confirmation as soon as the return is processed.
We share the Reshipment Charge on the replacement order so you pay only half of shipping costs on shipment service (Please use a trackable shipping method of your choice).
1- Make a new order for your replacement item directly on the website to be sure the item is available and we can ship to you quickly.
2- Ship us the items back as described above and tell us the sales order number of the new order.
3 - When we process the refund on the return, half of reshipment shipping costs will be added to your refund.
Defected or Error:
If you have received the wrong product or a defective item:
1- Please send immediately an email to [email protected] providing us with a description of the problem and a picture of the defect item.
2- We will reply to you within 48 hours to arrange replacement.
3- We will replace defective item with an identical item (same design and same size) with the same shipping method as the original order.
*Before following up on your refund, please consider the time your package takes to reach us and several additional business days for us to process return.
